What are you going to do? Here are some ideas to get you started...
Get active
- Marathons and other road, trail and obstacle runs
- Walks
- Cycling, challenges, treks, skydiving and climbing or... Hula hoop!

Together with my family and friends we are going to collectively reach over 1 million hula hoops by my 10th birthday!
Go casual
Dress-down, dress-up or wear purple at your school or workplace.

We had so much fun wearing purple during Crohn's and Colitis UK Awareness Week to raise awareness and money for the charity.
Get dancing
Organise a disco, danceathon or zumbathon.

Our dance show 'Born to Dance' raised £2,500 for Crohn's & Colitis UK. We are a family run dance school in Sheffield and the charity as very close to our hearts. We know the devastating effects it can have and how important it is to raise funds for research and awareness!
Get selling
Turn small change into a big difference and get selling to your local community.

I decided to fundraise for Crohn's & Colitis UK to help raise as much awareness as possible and make sure the charity can continue to deliver an amazing service!
Get buying
Major retailers donate to charities when you buy through giving websites such as:
Get musical
Hold a concert, talent competition or battle of the bands.

Cadenza Choir held a Carol Concert at St Barnabas Church in Bournemouth. With wine and mulled wine, mince pies and cheese provided after the performance, it was just the thing to get us in the mood for Christmas!
Get baking!
Hold a bake sale and enjoy some sweet treats.

I recently raised £1,937 at my coffee and cake afternoon. I decided to host the fundraiser as I am slowly starting to feel empowered by my condition and I don't want others to feel how I did when I was diagnosed.
