Are you looking for a Crohn's & Colitis UK representative (staff member or volunteer) to join you at an event?

Perhaps to give a talk, collect a cheque or hear an update about the Charity's work?

If so, then you're in the right place.

Our mission is to improve the lives of people affected by Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis. We help them to achieve a better quality of life and improve care.

If your request helps us to raise awareness of these conditions by engaging with the general public, patients and anyone affected by Crohn’s and Colitis, then we'll do our best to represent the Charity at your event.

Please complete the form below to tell us more about your event; it is really important that all questions are answered as fully as possible.

For all requests, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 4-6 weeks notice. This does not guarantee attendance of a charity representative, but does give us the best possible chance of securing someone to attend the event.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide in-person representatives for all requests. Occasionally timing, availability, topic, location, suitability or other factors prevent us from being able to be with you in person. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible and, if relevant, will look to provide a virtual presence or other resources to support your event.
