There are more than 500,000 people in the UK with Crohn’s or Colitis - If you’re one of them, you could have been living with the condition for a while and know a lot about how it affects you. It might even be so much a part of your life that you don’t talk about it that much. Or, perhaps you’re just at the start of your journey. You might be feeling embarrassed or confused, and not quite sure how to navigate living with, and talking about the impact it can have on daily life.

Crohn’s and Colitis Awareness Week is the perfect opportunity to come together and talk about what it’s like to live with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Everyone will have a different story to tell. Some people will want to shout about it, others will prefer a more quiet conversation.
