FAQ's

  • I’ve received an email asking me to register for the console. What is the console?

The console is not live quite yet, but the console is a secondary registration system owned by the event organisers. This is where you register your details with the event organisers, agree to their terms and condition, and fully secure your place in the event.
Failure to complete the console means you could lose your place or not be able to take part in the event.

  • Where is the start/finish line?

The start line is at the top of the Champs Elysées and the finish line will be at the bottom of Avenue Foch. The full route map can be found on the event website closer to the event.

  • Can I walk instead of run?

There is nothing stopping you from walking, however some race organisers do have a cut off time for completion.

  • Where and when do I collect my race bib?

Receiving your bib by post mail is not possible for this event and no bib will be given on race day.
You can pick up your race bib at Run Experience on Thursday 10th, Friday 11th, and Saturday 12th April.
Run Experience is THE running event you absolutely can't miss! With over 150 exhibitors, Run Experience offers runners coming to pick up their race bibs, as well as casual visitors practicing the sport, a new atmosphere focused on running tests and entertainment
    Run Experience is open:

    • Thursday, April 10: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    • Friday, April 11: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
    • Saturday, April 12: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Location: Hall 1, Parc des Expositions – Porte de Versailles – 75015 Paris

  • What will I need to bring to pick up my race pack?

You will have to come to the Run Experience Fair with the following documents:

Your registration with the QR code (you will receive it by e-mail the week before the event and it will also be available on your registration confirmation or on your timeto account > « My events » > Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris 2024 > « QR Code »)

Your medical certificate printed (it must be dated less than a year prior the date of the race and have the wording «running in competition », « athletism in competition » or « sport in competition ») or your FFA license from 2023/2024, if you haven’t uploaded this document on timeto and validated by the organization team (must be uploaded until March 31th 2024 included).

Your ID (and that is ok if you’re not at your best on the picture!)

  • Will there be bag drop facilities?

You will have the possibility of dropping off your bag free of charge in the lockers located on Avenue Foch (finish area) to run freely. You will be able to get it back after the race by presenting your bib.
Luggage size regulations are in place in the baggage lockers: 45cm high / 36cm wide / 20cm deep. The organization reserves the right to refuse luggage that does not meet these criteria.
