Crohn’s & Colitis UK support emails

We understand how difficult it is to be told you have Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis or Microscopic Colitis, which is why we’ve created a series of emails to support you.

Our emails can help you find out more about your condition and how to live a better life with it.

Why sign up for our emails

After being diagnosed, you might feel overwhelmed, or you might have concerns or questions. Our emails are here to help.

We’ll send you eight bite-sized emails that are spread out over seven weeks.

In each email, we’ll:

  • Give you information about life with your condition
  • Show you where you can find out more information
  • Share other people’s stories with you
  • Let you know what support is available to you

Who can sign up?

Anyone 18 and over can sign up for our support emails.

They are designed for people who are newly diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis or Microscopic Colitis. We don’t put a limit on what we mean by ‘newly diagnosed’. So, if you’d like to find out more about these conditions then please sign up.

Email topics

Each email has a theme, including:

  • Finding out more
  • Looking after yourself
  • Managing your symptoms
  • Treatment options
  • Relationships
  • Work and education
  • Money and financial support
  • Support for you

Please note that you will receive your first email at around 5pm after you've signed up.
