Trustee and Board Committees

Our Board of Trustees are responsible at a governance level for the general control and management of the administration of the Charity. Trustees are legally responsible for the organisation and also ensure we have a clear strategy linked to our vision. Our Trustees have a wide range of valuable experiences and skills, and many of them have a personal connection to Crohn's and Colitis.

The Board has a number of committees to help with its work.

They are all volunteers. Check out the roles below to learn more and learn about ways to notify us of you interest in joining them.

Want to volunteer with us?

Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, develop new skills and make a difference to everyone affected by Crohn's and Colitis.

  • Listening and talking through your situation.

  • Helping you to find support from others in the Crohn’s and Colitis community.

  • Providing details of other specialist organisations.

Please be aware we’re not medically or legally trained. We cannot provide detailed financial or benefits advice or specialist emotional support.
