Your commitment

By showing that You Are IN, and signing up, you are pledging to:

  1. Education - educate all your staff on invisible conditions, including Crohn’s and Colitis. There are a range of resources from apps to talking toolkits and infographics to choose from, and of course we’re happy to help.
  2. Empower - Empower managers, HR, and people living with invisible conditions and disabilities to talk with confidence by promoting our conversation guides. Our guides give tips, practical examples, and support on how to approach conversations about invisible conditions.
  3. Enable Access - Install our Not Every Disability is Visible accessible toilet signs in company accessible toilets. Our template signage can be used or adapted into your own company branding if preferred.

Although the adjustments have improved my working experience, I have to say that it is the caring and understanding natures of my line manager and fellow colleagues that has meant the most to me.

Our helpline team can help by:

  • Providing information about Crohn’s and Colitis.

  • Listening and talking through your situation.

  • Helping you to find support from others in the Crohn’s and Colitis community.

  • Providing details of other specialist organisations.

Please be aware we’re not medically or legally trained. We cannot provide detailed financial or benefits advice or specialist emotional support.

Please contact us via telephone, email or LiveChat - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except English bank holidays).

If you need specific medical advice about your condition, your GP or IBD team will be best placed to help.
