I absolutely loved taking part in the Big Winter Workout. As well as getting me moving in those cold winter months, I tapped into an amazing group of people.  Each of us joined in, in our way, I took part in yoga, street dance, and lots of dog walks. Some people were able to be more active than others but what I really loved was the positivity and communal support for one another, if someone was having a tough day everyone cheered them on and even donated minutes to help each other out. It was a great experience! Kim took part in BWW 2024
