I joined the challenge as I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis back in 2022. Unfortunately, like many others, I struggled to come to terms with the diagnosis and let it take control of me both physically and mentally. This challenge gave me a push to work on myself, beat the mental block that the condition brings and feel good about myself daily

Ready to take on the challenge?

Make a difference in 2026 and join our Big Winter Workout - Every workout brings us closer to a cure.

We can’t wait to see where your challenge takes you this January!
