Halloween Walk Challenge
26th October 2024

hwwWhy not treat yourself to a hair-raising hike around some of the City’s scary streets and historic haunts? Choose your distance, gather your bravest guys & ghouls to make up a team – or go it alone if you dare and meet up with other chilling challengers. With a fun & spooky atmosphere, great support and free food & drinks, it’s frightfully good! London Winter Walk 
25 - 26 January 2025

A great event to walk off the Christmas celebrations, and to kick start your New Year fitness regime! There are Full Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K options, both starting & finishing at The Oval Cricket Ground on Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 January, and take in highlights of the Thames, its historic bridges, and many of the Capital’s key landmarks. Families are welcome, there’s a free winter bobble hat & neck buff, rest stops with snacks, with a special medal and hot food at the finish. Get the ‘Ultra Challenge’ support & hospitality all the way – helping you to push yourself further and achieve something really special!

Bath 50 Challenge
29 March 2025

Centred on this elegant historic city, take on a 50 km Ultra, a testing 29 km, or a sharp 10 km challenge at your pace! From the Bath Racecourse basecamp, 2000 adventurers will head out on looped routes around & through Bath – with fantastic panoramic views, past the famous Royal Crescent, along the River Avon and taking in many of the city’s sights & sounds and the surrounding countryside. You’ll get full support all the way, and a celebration finish back at basecamp.

Easter 50 Challenge
12 April 2025

From the Windsor Racecourse base camp, 1500 adventurers will head out on looped routes through the Great Park with fantastic views of Windsor Castle, on to Runnymede, along the Thames Path, and takes in some wonderful countryside. You’ll get full support all the way, a few post Easter surprises, a celebration finish at base camp, and a BBQ meal. It’s a great way to kick off the 2025 Ultra Challenge season, and to get in shape for summer.

Isle of Wight Challenge
3 - 4 May 2025

Walk, jog or run the Isle of Wight’s coastal path. Choose from 106km, 50km or 25km distance options, with full hospitality & support, including food, drinks and medics. The route takes you along the spectacular southern cliffs, past the iconic Needles,
and up to historic Cowes at the half way stop. For Full Island challengers it’s on to the cliffs of Ventnor, and back to our welcome base camp in Chale after an epic 106km journey.

Jurassic Coast Challenge
17 - 18 May 2025

Join 3,000 adventurers of all experience levels & ages and Walk, Jog or Run the spectacular Jurassic Coast - a World Heritage
Site. Choose from the full 100km challenge, 75km, a 50km half challenge, a 25km quarter, Jurassic Marathon or even a 10km
distance. Starting from Corfe Castle, the route heads to Swanage, then along to Lulworth Cove, past Durdle Door, with ups and downs all the way to the Weymouth halfway point.

London 2 Brighton Challenge
24 - 25 May 2025

Join 2,000 adventurers of all experience levels & ages and take on a classic capital to coast route. Test your grit over the Bank Holiday weekend. A Richmond start in Old Deer Park - then the North Downs and wonderful Surrey & Sussex countryside to halfway at Turners Hill. The full challenge heads up and over the South Downs before the welcome sight of the Brighton coastline comes into view.

Lake District Challenge
7 - 8 June 2025

Join us in the Lake District Challenge and take on England's finest countryside at your pace. The Challenge Base Camp is in Kendal. From there it's a full challenge anticlockwise loop taking in a couple of tough hills to Ambleside, a half way point by Lake Windermere, forests, and nature reserves - with some stunning views en route - before a huge welcome and celebration back at Base Camp after a momentous journey.

Cotswold Way Challenge
21 - 22 June 2025

The magical Cotswold Way provides a stunning setting for a testing challenge - with some fantastic views en route and tough hills in between! The base-camp in Cirencester is the hub for a full challenge looped route through the heart of the Cotswolds, which provides a stunning setting for 2,000 adventurers to test themselves. There are rolling hills, villages, the scenic Cotswold Way, footpaths & trails, with some fabulous views en route.

Peak District Challenge
28 - 29 June 2025

Over 2,000 adventures will take on the fabulous Peak District as a walk, jog or a run. From the Bakewell basecamp the full 100km challenge heads out past Chatsworth House, and on through varied terrain on a figure of 8 route with a few testing climbs, and some stunning views. This challenge will test spirit & determination but is totally achievable with good preparation and the Ultra Challenge support.

North Downs 50 Challenge
12 July 2025

Join us in the North Downs with a fabulous challenge setting out from a Guildford basecamp. Take in some of the best of the Surrey hills, the North Downs Way, and the surrounding countryside. A route with real variety and some wonderful scenery & views – and easily accessible from London – there’s a North Downs 50 Challenge for everyone!

Gower Peninsula Challenge
19 - 20 July 2025

This is a new Ultra Challenge for 2025, set in the stunning Gower Peninsula – the UK’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and famous for its golden beaches, limestone cliffs, wild moors, ridges, and woodlands. Our basecamp is in the grounds of the historic Penrice Castle, with weekend camping options – and the 100km challenge is a figure of 8 route made up of west & east loops which take in the best of the Peninsula, its history, and its varied and unique landscape.

South West Coast 50 Challenge
2 August 2025

Take on the ‘South West’ challenge for 2025 – taking in the first Minehead section of the stunning & famous 630 mile Coastal Path, and with an extensive ‘basecamp’ in the shadows of the impressive Dunster Castle. You can pick your distance. The full 50 km loop heads over Exmoor with ups & downs and some magnificent views with over 1600 metres of climb.

London Summer Walk Challenge
23 August 2025

Starting alongside the grandeur of Woolwich Royal Artillery Barracks (short walk from the new Elizabeth Line station!) – the full 50km looped route heads through Charlton, along the Thames Path to Greenwich and the O2, Old Royal Naval College & the fabulous Cutty Sark, then onwards through central London – crossing the Thames via the Millenium footbridge. It’s then past the Tower of London, and on to the Olympic Park, before returning to Woolwich via the foot tunnel.

South Coast Challenge
6 - 7 September 2025

Take on some of England's finest scenery as a Walk, Jog, or a Run! An Eastbourne start, up Beachy Head, over the magnificent Seven Sisters, and along the famous South Downs Way National Trail with stunning views over the sea to a Brighton mid-point.
Devil's Dyke, welcome rest stops, a few ups & downs all lie ahead before historic Arundel comes into view after an 100km amazing journey.

Thames Path Challenge
13 - 14 September 2025

The full Thames Path Ultra Challenge 100km follows England’s greatest river, from Putney Bridge past Hampton Court to Runnymede of Magna Carta fame at 50km, then on past wonderful historic scenery all the way to Henley. then on through Windsor and wonderful historic scenery all the way to Henley – and will test spirit & determination but is totally achievable with good preparation and the Ultra Challenge support.

Thames Bridges Trek 
13 September 2025

Join 2000 trekkers as we venture 25km across the Capital taking in unrivalled views of the skyline from its best vantage points.
Follow a signed route, with free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics & marshals. Get the ‘Ultra Challenge’ support & hospitality all the way – helping you to push yourself further and achieve something really special!
Setting out from Putney Bridge - it's East towards the City, zig-zagging over the array of historic bridges - each with its fascinating story - and a midpoint stop at Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens for some snacks & drinks. 25km later, it's a finish line celebration in Southwark past the majestic Tower Bridge.

Chiltern 50 Challenge
27 September 2025

This 50km looped route covers some of the best of the Chilterns countryside. You can Walk, Jog, or Run along historic trails and over rolling hills. Starting & finishing at a Base Camp in Henley Showground, there's a Saturday night celebration BBQ & entertainment with camping options. Passing through nature reserves, forests, and a few hills with great views - it's a route with real variety, and some wonderful scenery - and it's all easily accessible from London.

Kent Downs 50 Challenge
11 October 2025

This is the end of season Ultra Challenge – in the ‘Garden of England’ – with a basecamp near Maidstone, parking & weekend camping options.
The main 50km looped route heads anticlockwise around the Kent Downs – starting on the North Downs Way to Blue Bell Hill, around picturesque Aylesford, and following the River Medway to Mote Park at halfway for a picnic. Along the Len Valley Walk to the majestic Leeds Castle, then the North Downs Way back to the showground finish line and celebration. It will test spirit & determination but is totally achievable with good preparation and the Ultra Challenge support.

Halloween Walk Challenge
25 October 2025

Dress to distress, and the creepy dungeon keepers at The Oval start & finish will meet, greet & shock. Once you escape there’s ghostly looped routes, with zombie rest stops, and if you manage to get back in one piece there’s a macabre medal, a glass of the Devil’s fizz, some horrific hot food & drink – and a souvenir bobble hat to ward off the spirits as you head off home. Join as an individual or as a terrifying team.
