Talks from speakers and open discussion time with the aim to support all patients and families living with IBD.

Speakers are from the IBD team and NHS Mid Essex Talking Therapies.

Will be of interest to all.

Refreshments will be available for a donation on the day, as well as a raffle.

Family and friends are very welcome to attend.
