The role
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Full-Time (35 hrs per week)
Place of work: Hybrid, with a requirement to attend the office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, at least one day per month and 4 times a year for our mandatory All Staff Together days in the office.

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and proactive Database Officer to join a growing team as our charity expands. Are you an advanced user of a database or CRM and have strong Microsoft skills? We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the role and increase their skillset, has excellent attention to detail and is a analytical problem solver who can communicate technical, complex issues to non-technical colleagues.

Our location
We are based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, so we are easily accessible by road and rail. But one thing we have learned from the pandemic, is that we are able to work very effectively from home. In this role, there is plenty of scope for doing that, although there will be times when you will need to be at face-to-face meetings and the charity meets four times a year in the office at our mandatory 'All Staff Together' days. It is possible therefore you could live almost anywhere in the country. If you want to be considered for the role but are worried about location, talk to us – it may work!
