Chloe Meadows

Chloe Meadows, reality TV star, experienced symptoms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease for many years before getting diagnosed with Colitis at aged 26. Chloe now works hard to raise awareness about symptoms and encourages other people to not ignore them and get checked out.

Chloe revealed her Colitis for the first time to her huge social media following during Awareness Week in December 2023 and it was covered extensively, raising awareness of Inflammatory Bowel Disease. She's also ran the 2024 London Marathon for us and raises awareness for us on The Only Way Is Essex. Chloe was recently interviewed by ITV News as part of the IBD UK report coverage in Awareness Week 2024.

I’ve never felt able to talk about all this publicly before but now I really want to work with Crohn’s & Colitis UK to highlight what it’s like living with one of these conditions. There are half a million of us in the UK with Inflammatory Bowel Disease so it’s important to talk openly about the impact it can have on your life.
