Accessing support at attractions and venues

Published 30 August 2022

You’ve told us that it’s not always easy accessing the support you need when out and about at attractions and venues.

We’ve created a letter that you can give to staff to help explain what it’s like living with Crohn’s or Colitis and the impact the conditions can have on days out. The letter also suggests ways that staff at attractions and venues can make adjustments to better support people living with Crohn’s or Colitis.
