Can you explain how your condition makes you feel day to day?

My condition makes me so fatigued. I am always tired, and it can really affect my mental health. I sometimes feel like I could be much further in life than I am, but the fatigue of Crohn's holds me back.

This can then bring up triggers and traumas for me. It takes me back to the days I was at dance school and accused of being lazy and never in. It makes me feel like a disappointment at times and unless somebody has Crohn's I think they won't ever understand how I feel. So yes, it’s hard.

What do you find the YUYU Bottle is most helpful for?

I love the YUYU Bottle for period cramps and for when I’m having a flare-up. When I was last in hospital it got chilly on the wards at night, so I was grateful when mum would bring me my YUYU. She’d come on her evening visits with it warm and ready to go so I’d have it for the night.

I am one of those people who always gets cold, so I use it whenever I am feeling chilly. The colder days are coming back so I know it will be used a whole load this winter.
