FAQ's

  • What happens if I don’t meet my fundraising target?

When signing up for your chosen event with Crohn’s & Colitis UK, you agreed to the terms and conditions of raising the minimum fundraising target.

There is no obligation, whatsoever, to do so, but if you would prefer to personally contribute towards your sponsorship amount, we’re more than happy to accept personal donations.

Struggling to hit your target? Try a simple fundraiser like a cake sale, raffle, or quiz night. These can really boost your total.

Your efforts matter. 1 in 123 people in the UK live with Crohn’s or Colitis, and every pound you raise helps fund vital research, support services, better care and faster diagnosis.

Need help or ideas? Get in touch, we're here to support you. You can email us on fundraising@crohnsandcolitis.org.uk or call us on 01727 734485

  • Can I walk instead of run?

There is nothing stopping you from walking, however some race organisers do have a cut off time for completion.

  • Where and when do I collect my race bib?

Your race pack will be delivered to the address you have registered with 2-3 weeks before event weekend, with international race packs being sent out a week earlier.

  • Will there be a cheer point?

We will have a cheer point on route who will cheering you on. Full details of the locations will be available in the lead up to the event via email.
