Cardiff Half Marathon 2025

The Cardiff Half Marathon has grown into one of the largest and most exciting road races in Europe. It is Wales’ largest mass-participation and multi-charity fundraising event and the second largest half in the UK. Its flat, fast course passes all the city’s most breath-taking scenery and iconic landmarks including Cardiff Castle, the Principality Stadium, Civic Centre and stunning Cardiff Bay. Thousands of spectators turn out to cheer on the runners in a city renowned for its sporting passion.

Charity Places

Registration fee £35 (+£1.40 booking fee) and commitment to raise £350

Participants must be 17 years of age or older on the day of the event

Cardiff Half Marathon 2025

Cardiff is a part of the SuperHalfs. Finishing the race will earn you a stamp in your SuperPassport and count towards completing the series of races in Lisbon, Prague, Berlin, Copenhagen and Valencia.

The event always sells out early, but with unprecedented demand from across the UK and overseas, all general entries for the 2025 race sold out at record pace – within just 12 hours of going on sale!
