Dr James Lee, our keynote speaker.

He is a clinician-scientist with clinical expertise in Inflammatory Bowel Disease. He will be talking about his recent breakthrough in understanding Crohn's and Colitis. You can read more about his research here

 

 

Dr Cassie Screti. 

Will be talking about ASSIST-IBD and how they have worked with teenagers with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and parents of teenagers with IBD to shape the research project.

 

 

Professor Gwo-Tzer Ho and Molly Halligan. 

They will be talking about how they have developed their patient involvement strategies. Molly will be talking about a patient-led research paper. 

 

 

Professor Holm Uhlig, IBD BioResource. 

Will be giving a presentation on "Consent to creation of cell lines from samples”.
