Our promise to you

What Trusts and Foundations can expect from working with us:

  • You will have a dedicated relationship manager, so you'll know who to go to should you have any questions or need anything.
  • We will provide written reports and updates on the work you funded, to demonstrate the difference your grant is making.
  • We can help share news of the work we do together, through our social media platforms.
  • We will invite you to stewardship events so you can hear first-hand the difference your support is making.
  • We value your expertise and insights, so we would love to hear your views.
  • We can offer you the opportunity to enhance your understanding about current issues affecting our community by providing a chance to talk to people living with Crohn’s or Colitis or talk to one of our IBD Clinical Nurse Specialists.
  • We would like to acknowledge your generosity by listing your Trust or Foundation in our audited annual reports and accounts and on our website.
