How do I raise money through my crafting? There’s lots of ways to raise money from your crafting, here are some of our ideas.

Suggested donations

Make your festive goodies, to sell to friends, family or colleagues, in exchange for a suggested donation. You could set up a stall at work, or at a local group gathering.

Have a Christmas ‘upcycled’ jumper day

Ask everyone to join in with the festivities make a donation

The gift that keeps on giving 

Gift what you have made and donate the amount you have saved on not buying gifts.

Sell to a wider audience 

Take a look at online market websites and list your items online. Why not book a stall at a local Christmas market or Christmas crafts fair?

Host a creative session 

Host a creative making session with your friends, family or colleagues and ask everyone to donate to attend, in person or online.

How to send in your donation

JustGiving
If you’ve collected donations on your JustGiving page, they will be transferred directly to us, no need to do anything else!

Offline donations

If you’ve been raising money offline then please see paying in options below

Post us a cheque
Please make the cheque payable to - Crohn’s & Colitis UK and please include a cover note detailing the following  • Your full name, postal address, email address. • Reference – Festive crafting • What you did to raise the money.

Online 
Go to the Donation section on our website. Make sure you select – Or pay in your funds raised • Your full name, postal address, email address. • Reference – Festive Crafting • Let us know what you did to raise the money.
