Marianne Radcliffe, Chief Executive Officer

Marianne has been working in the charity sector for 25 years, the last 14 of which she has spent at FitzRoy. Before that, she held senior roles at Christian Aid, NSPCC and Shelter. She is passionate about uniting people to bring about lasting change for those who are hidden in society.

Mark Stavers

Mark Stavers, Chief Operating Officer

Mark joined Crohn's & Colitis UK in June 2026, having previously been the Director of Finance and Operations at Brain Tumour Research and prior to that the Group Finance Director and then CEO of Viva - Together for Children, an international development charity based in Oxford.

He's a CIMA qualified Management Accountant (CGMA) and studied Mathematics at Cardiff University. He's passionate about charities focussing on the people they exist to serve and among his priorities is a focus on ensuring all of our systems are efficient and effective.

A father of two, Mark lives in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Catherine Winsor, Director of Services & Evidence

Catherine has worked in the healthcare charity sector for over 20 years including senior roles at Prostate Cancer UK and Bowel Cancer UK leading teams focused on improving healthcare pathways and the provision of patient support services.

Catherine is passionate about health inequality and improving access to support for everyone.
