Research and Strategy Funding Committee

Research

The Research Strategy and Funding Committee (RSFC) takes delegated responsibility
on behalf of the Board of Trustees to:

  • Provide insight and advice to the Board on the development and implementation
    of the Charity’s research strategy
  • Make research funding decisions (within the budget agreed by the Board) and
advise on the Charity’s research priorities and grant management processes
Research

The RSFC has broad representation from all health disciplines within the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) specialty along with representatives from the Board of Trustees and individuals with lived experience of Crohn’s and Colitis (lived experience members).  Both lived experience and professional members have an important role to play in the RSFC, ensuring we hear from a wide range of voices to inform our work.

We are currently recruiting to the RSFC

We are looking to recruit individuals to the RSFC with lived experience of Crohn's or Colitis or with scientific or clinical expertise in paediatric IBD.
