In Partnership Family Days

These provide a fantastic opportunity to meet other families affected by Inflammatory Bowel Disease and the chance to hear from and speak to gastroenterologists and IBD nurse specialists.

There are fun activities for children and the whole family to enjoy and lunch is provided.

Over The Wall Camps 

These events are run and managed by the Over The Wall children’s charity who are working in partnership with Crohn's and Colitis UK to promote.

The next Over The Wall Family Camp is in Swindon on September 15 2017. This Family Camp is open to families who have a child or teenager from 0-17 living with Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis. Full details can be found on the event page.

There are three different types of camp across four locations in England and Scotland in Fife, Perth, Staffordshire and Dorset. 

  • Family Camps - families who have a child or teenager from 0-17 with chronic illness - which includes Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. This is a two-night residential activity camp.
  • Sibling Camps - children and teenagers aged 8-17 who’s brother or sister (of any age) who is living with chronic illness - which includes Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. This is a four-night residential activity camp.
  • Health Challenge Camps - children and teenagers aged 8-17 who are living with chronic illness - which includes Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. This is a five-night residential activity camp  

All Camps are free to attend and in some cases transport may be available.
