Attitudes About COVID-19 and Health (ATTACH) Study

Researchers at University College London Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health are looking for participants aged over 16 and who have access to a smartphone to take part in a study to understand more about people’s attitudes and behaviours about the COVID-19 pandemic and the public health strategies that have been put in place to help tackle it (e.g., social distancing).

They are particularly interested in understanding whether the effects are greater in certain groups (e.g., those with underlying conditions, older adults, BAME).

This new study funded by University College London will significantly contribute to our understanding of the mental health effects of pandemics and how best to help people manage them.

To participate you will be asked to:

  1. Download the Air My Opinion app,
  2. Answer 1-minute questions about you attitudes and behaviours twice each day,
  3. Complete short survey once a month during the COVID-19 pandemic.
