Why has the draw date changed? Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19, the draw of our Stop the Stigma raffle has been postponed to 2nd July. This is to ensure our raffle processing company can adhere to working guidelines provided by the government, which means it is taking them longer than usual to process postal responses.
Yes, everything is still valid and in order. The closing and draw dates have changed due to the current COVID-19 outbreak but this does not affect your entry. We are extending the closing date to ensure that all responses can be processed to be included.
As you can imagine, we are receiving a four-fold increase in the amount of people getting in contact with the charity right now. Our helplines continue to provide support and guidance throughout this uncertain time and as a result we need your support more than ever. We appreciate that most are in isolation however we do ask that if you would like to participate online then you do so here. Please also note that we have been working on this mailing for some time, ahead of the current health crisis, and did not want to waste resources that had already been invested in creating the mailing.
The money will help fund work such as our life-changing support services, which help everyone affected by Crohn’s or Colitis
Do not worry if you can’t return your tickets, you can enter online here: crohnsandcolitis.org.uk/raffle.
Each ticket costs £1.
This raffle is open to adults aged 16 or over, who are UK residents.
You can enter online here.
Winners will be contacted directly after the draw has taken place on Thursday 4 June.
Unfortunately no, lottery and raffle draws do not qualify for Gift Aid.
However, if you make a donation with your purchase, we can claim gift aid on this donation. By selecting Gift Aid on the payment pages you will increase the value of your donation by 25p for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you by allowing Crohn’s & Colitis UK to reclaim the tax you pay on your donation.
If you purchase your ticket(s) online you will receive an email with your ticket number(s).
Due to current working restrictions, we regret that there will be a significant delay in processing payments for the Stop the Stigma raffle which are received via post. All post is being stored in a secure location until restrictions are lifted. At such point all postal payments will be processed as quickly as possible. You can still buy tickets online and these will be processed without delay. We are very sorry for any inconvenience and will be back to normal as soon as the situation allows.
It’s great that you want to buy all 20 raffle tickets for yourself! To avoid filling out every single one, simply fill out the first ticket with all your details and then just add your name to every other ticket.
At the moment we unfortunately cannot send out extra tickets due to our current working restrictions however tickets can be purchased using our raffle hotline 0370 0585956.
At this point, we are not accepting credit cards as a form of payment. If you have any questions please call our raffle hotline team on 0370 058 5956
