Are you living with Crohn's or Colitis and wish to chat to others who may be going through similar experiences? You're not alone.
December 1-7 is Crohn's and Colitis Awareness Week and this year we're asking people to make a difference in a new way every single day.
On Wednesday 2 December its 'It takes guts to talk about Crohn's and Colitis' so why not start those conversations this by taking part in our virtual social event with others affected by Crohn's and Colitis?
The event will be a chance to chat, share experiences and potentially learn from others. Each event may have a specific topic but the overall discussion will be driven by what those attending wish to talk about and will be facilitated by a volunteer.
What to expect?
