Because of the stigma and misunderstanding surrounding these diseases, thousands of people are suffering in silence. But they're not alone. We're here for them. And we're not going anywhere until we've beaten Crohn's and Colitis for good. 

The role

Starting salary: c£50,000 per annum

Full Time (35 hours per week)

We have an exciting new opportunity to join us as Operations Manager for the Charity, encompassing ICT Infrastructure, CRM system, Operational Support, leadership of our Database team and data analysis and reporting for various activities across the charity.

Our office is informal, open plan and designed to create a vibrant and productive workspace for all our staff. Less than a 30-minute train ride from London King’s Cross.  Free car parking is available to all staff, along with cycle racks for the more energetic.

About you

You’ll have significant experience of successfully leading an IT department and managing multiple projects to deliver IT services, business applications and IT infrastructure. You will have worked in a cross functional team environment and have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft operating systems and products. You’ll also be understanding of the key requirements and issues involved in cloud computing & infrastructure and end user computing.

With your strong communication skills you deliver clarity in both spoken and written communications and have the ability to collaborate with and influence your colleagues effectively, whilst being adaptive and flexible in providing solutions.  You’ll have excellence in building relationships and working as a team, with innovative thinking and the ability to drive change and implementation.
