Sarah (née Bradley) was appointed to the Board in 2013.
I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 2008 whilst studying for a Masters degree in London, and have been a member of the charity ever since.
Outside Crohn’s & Colitis UK, I work for NPC, a charity think tank and consultancy which helps charities and funders increase the impact of what they do. This involves supporting organisations to develop strategy and to measure, understand and communicate their impact, and helping individual philanthropists target their charitable giving. My background prior to NPC is in charitable grant-making, working as a grant programme manager with the Asfari Foundation, which funds charities giving education and training opportunities to young people and civil society organisations in the UK and Middle East.
I am passionate about the work of Crohn’s & Colitis UK and feel extremely privileged to be able to contribute to the charity as part of the Board of Trustees.
